Hypnotherapy is not an emergency solution for sudden crisis management (eg. manic insomnia, battery, abuse, recent tragedy,  etc.), clinical mental health practice, or substance abuse care. Seeking counseling with a licensed mental health practitioner or social worker is highly recommended to treat complicated issues along with Hypnotherapy as a complementary treatment. Lisa Berry / Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC. would be happy to refer you to local psychotherapist, social worker, couples counselor, and/or addictions counselor who is familiar with her healing modalities. For other assistance, please dial:

Please understand that all information is held in strict confidentiality to the full extent of the law (State of Indiana). It is very important that the coaching and hypnotherapy client builds a strong sense of trust with the provider. If there is anything further you would like to discuss with Lisa before the session or any boundaries that you would like set to ensure your comfort and relaxation, please bring these issues to her attention. You understand that your hypnotherapy practitioner is not qualified to give legal, financial, or medical advice.  Any information you receive from any and all communication and consultations with Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC., and/or via this website or social media account is for educational, spiritual, inspirational and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice. Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC. does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy of any kind; neither does she provide legal or psychological advice. Anti-harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that seeking romantic or sexual liaison with Lisa Berry is considered unethical and inappropriate. Additionally, any kind of verbal, physical, sexual, or psychological abuse and/or harassment of any kind toward Lisa Berry and/or Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC., is unacceptable. Such activities are grounds for Lisa Berry and/or Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC., to cease services immediately without refunds. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Lisa Berry and/or Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC., and their heirs, relatives, business partners, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes. 

Privacy Notice: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client. Lisa Berry and/or Spirit Dreams Hypnotherapy, LLC. has the right to modify/amend/change these terms as needed without notice.

SERVICE TERMS

AVAILABILITY: You will receive an e-mail within the next 12 – 24 hours to confirm your appointment. In the event of your request being unavailable, you will receive an e-mail within the next 12 – 24 hours with the next dates available for my session.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: All ONLINE sessions must be pre-paid, without exception.

CANCELLATIONS: Client has up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel said appointment and request a refund. In the event that you may be unable to attend the session without prior notice (ie. “No-Show”), you understand that your fee is non-refundable, and that every effort will be made to re-schedule your session for 5 days after the original appointment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER (In-Person sessions): In the event of inclement weather or dangerous road conditions as stated by the National Weather Advisory, in-person sessions may be suspended by the practitioner at any moment’s notice. The session will be rescheduled to a later date. Client will be given the option to hold their session online via Zoom meeting.

ONLINE (REMOTE) SESSIONS: Remote sessions are pre-paid, without exceptions. Remote sessions are non-refundable after the session has taken place. You will receive the details for your Zoom meeting via e-mail upon confirmation of your appointment. Video is required for the session to take place. Ensuring the best quality of your video session is your responsibility. Please be mindful of the equipment you will be using, internet speed, noise, and surroundings. In the event of technical issues before or during the session, your appointment may be re-scheduled to a later date.

PACKAGED SESSIONS

• Hypnotherapy package agreements are non-refundable.
• The practitioner reserves the right to refer the client to a different practitioner or colleague, and/or terminate treatment, within her discretion. No-shows will not be re-scheduled or refunded.
• Client is responsible for requesting an appointment re-schedule up to 12 hours before the appointment date. Client is allowed up to 2 schedule changes. Package sessions may be scheduled within 65 days from agreement date.
• Packaged sessions are sold as-is. Please contact your practitioner to clarify any questions and/or make special requests before you confirm your package.
